The property so to be rezoned is located at 1406/1412 <br /> South Bend Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. <br /> 2 . The name and address of the property owners are Jack <br /> and Lois Powell, 1713 South Bend Avenue, South Bend, <br /> Indiana, 46637 . <br /> 3 . The name and address of contingent purchasers: not <br /> applicable. <br /> 4 . It is desired and requested that the property be <br /> rezoned from A Residential, "A" height and area to C <br /> Commercial, "E" height and area. <br /> 5 . This rezoning is requested to allow the following <br /> uses: construction of an office building and garage. <br /> 6 .
