BILL NO. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 7.1q-3X1--- <br /> AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $40,131.00 AMONG <br /> VARIOUS JOBS BILL ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE DIVISION <br /> OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> Since the preparation of the 1983 Community Development Jobs Bill program <br /> additional projects have become a priority for the community. In order to assure <br /> that priorities are addressed, a transfer among accounts is necessary. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br /> Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I. The sum of $40,131.00 is hereby transferred among accounts as <br /> set forth below: <br /> Reduce the following accounts: <br /> Project No. Description Amount <br /> JB83-801 Handicapped Access Curb Cuts $ 21,657.00 <br /> JB83-903 Western Ave. Comm.
