AMENDED BILL NO. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 76-WO --g4,--- <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF <br /> EDISON ROAD AND IVY ROAD <br /> IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br /> Indiana: <br /> SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance <br /> is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, <br /> Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning <br /> classification of the following described real estate in the City <br /> of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br /> Lots Numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, and the South 36 feet of Lot <br /> Numbered 5, together with the vacated alley lying between <br /> said Lots Numbered 3 and 4 , and also together with the <br /> West half of the vacated alley lying East of and contiguous <br /> to said Lots Numbered 1 through 4 , the South 36 feet of <br /> said Lot Numbered 5, and said vacated alley between Lots <br /> Numbered 3 and 4 , all as shown in the Recorded Plat of <br /> "Town of Schroederville" , as recorded in the Office of <br /> the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana <br /> be and the same is hereby established as C-Commercial, E Height & <br /> Area district. <br /> SECTION II.
