Repairs <br />DATE: 11/20/2023 <br />On November 14, 2023, the Board of Public Works opened and read quotes for the above project. <br />The scope of work contained three items to be performed at a four-plex housing unit: <br />•Patch window siding/trim <br />•Rebuild fire stairs <br />•Reframe sun porch <br />One quote was received from TRCC LLC. However, TRCC neglected to provide a price for the first work <br />item regarding patching of window siding and trim. To that end, the quote must be considered non- <br />responsive and rejected. <br />The price for the above scopes of work is anticipated to be less than $50,000. In accordance with Indiana <br />state code, the project will be procured in the Open Market. <br />Please contact me with questions. <br />November 28, 2023
