We have the technical <br />expertise and understanding of the District’s <br />requirements for materials, testing, EEO, and <br />final construction records. Our inspectors <br />have developed an impressive set of technical <br />capabilities that allows them to document all <br />the daily work tasks performed at the job site. <br />Our staff will use their technical expertise on this <br />project to: <br />• Track and document construction material <br />quantities <br />• Test and sample materials used <br />• Review daily maintenance of traffic <br />• Address all concerns for safety <br />• Maintain project accounting and contractor <br />payrolls <br />EFFICIENCY <br />The construction process can take a considerable <br />amount of time, which is why keeping an eye <br />on efficiency throughout the entire project is so <br />important. To complete the construction phase <br />of this project in the most efficient manner <br />possible, our team will: <br />• Make timely and knowledgeable decisions <br />• Quickly evaluate immediate/long-term <br />effects of our decisions <br />• Coordinate among all parties through <br />transparency, communication, and fairness <br />• Quickly complete required project closeout <br />activities <br />• Prepare/submit final construction record <br />within 45 days of contractor’s relieved-of- <br />maintenance date <br />TOOLS <br />American Structurepoint has the means to tackle <br />projects of any magnitude and has implemented <br />an integrated engineering and drafting <br />environment conducive to heavy production. To <br />enhance productivity, American Structurepoint <br />provides our staff with the latest, most powerful <br />equipment and software. We have approximately <br />600 computers using Windows operating <br />systems.
