<br />TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
<br />Rob has over 15 years of combined experience serving both public and private
<br />clients. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for the design and
<br />administration of projects ranging from $25K to $25 million.
<br />Rob’s specialties include design oversight and management of subdivision
<br />design and layout, stormwater management, storm sewer sanitary sewer,
<br />water main, traffic signals, and other roadway safety improvement projects. In
<br />addition to design, Rob’s experience allows him to aid in the management of the
<br />construction of projects by providing conflict resolution, schedule management,
<br />and oversight of the adherence to project plans and specifications.

<br />As project manager, Rob’s priority is understanding the client’s goals and
<br />managing the project’s schedule, budget, and Abonmarche staff in such a
<br />way that the client’s goals are achieved efficiently, on time, and on budget.
<br />Communication between the client and members of the team is key as is
<br />understanding what it takes to accomplish a successful project.

<br />Rob’s experience in municipal engineering includes project management of
<br />roadways, water main, sanitary and storm sewer construction projects. Rob
<br />has successfully managed the construction process and mediated between
<br />subcontractors, municipality/State, residents and business owners during
