These intricate and detailed projects are where the <br />plans of the City meet the realities and unknowns of the real world. All public works projects contain challenges <br />and unknowns that must be managed through the construction inspection process. How this process is <br />managed is the key to controlling the project construction timeline and budget as well as ensuring that the <br />projected overall life expectancy of the improvements are met. <br />We employ a few very basic tenants to the process of construction inspection and oversight for our clients: <br />1. Be engaged, firm and fair with contractors and convey our expectations. <br />2. Be great communicators: provide timely project information to our client as well the contractor. <br />3.
