Some of the challenges associated with this project include <br />heavy traffic during construction hours, and multiple businesses, <br />residential communities, and utilities all within a congested area. <br />Our team will deliver positive results on every design aspect of the <br />project, from environmental commitments to public engagements. <br />As you will read within the pages of the LOI, we have addressed <br />some critical items we know are important to the city of South Bend. <br />Among those included are: <br />Attention to budget and schedule <br />Daily review, measuring, and clarification of pay items with <br />the contractor <br />Clear and informative daily, weekly, and monthly reports <br />Clear and concise work directives, change orders, and pay <br />estimates <br />Informative, organized, and well-run progress meetings <br />A high-traffic impact project requires a strong inspection team. Our <br />inspection department has both the experience and the capacity <br />needed to help the city of South Bend and the awarded contractor <br />deliver a successful project for the local residents and taxpayers. <br />Our relationship with the City is very important to me and United.
