Safeguarding South Bend <br />Why United? <br />Familiarity with unique INDOT/LPA Project Records & Site Manager Requirements <br />Owen Yead and United have extensive experience in working with INDOT LaPorte District and the various protocols which must be followed. Owen <br />has worked directly with the INDOT Laporte District area engineers on his last two projects and is familiar with the steps necessary to incorporate <br />their assistance. <br />Thank you for your valuable time spent reviewing our proposal. <br />We are excited for the opportunity for a partnership with South Bend, and ask for your favorable consideration of <br />United for your current selection. <br />United understands that while performing construction inspection services on this federally-funded project, our client is the city of South Bend. <br />Our priority is to ensure the project is built to the intended vision produced by the city while safeguarding the budget and public perception. It is <br />common on construction inspection projects for <br />inspectors to lose focus on who the client is. We understand INDOT requires specific requirements to complete the inspection services, but the <br />project is for the city and you remain our number one priority. <br />We will continually communicate with city representatives through purposeful meetings, phone calls, and emails.
