Green Demolition has a full-time staff of approximately 25 full-time employees with <br />the ability to pull additional resources from the Local Unions we are signatory to. <br />(v) Green Demolition Contractors intends to utilize its full-time staff and will be compliant with Federal, State <br />and Local Laws. If additional labor is necessary to meet the scheduled project completion, Green Demolition <br />can hire additional labor from the local Union from which we are signatory. <br />(vi) Green Demolition is signatory to both the Laborers and Operators Unions. Employees participate in the <br />Union apprenticeship programs (See Attached). <br />(vii) A copy of the Green Demolition employee drug/ alcohol policy is included in this submission. <br />(viii) Attached is a letter from our approved Surety Company noting applicable ratings. <br />(ix) <br />r) <br />Green Demolition Contractors is not delinquent currently on any Federal, State or Local Taxes nor has it <br />been in the past three years. <br />Please see list included in Section i — Experience Questionnaire. <br />Recycling Today For A Greener Tomorrow <br />
