Also, <br /> to pay for preliminary design work for the proposed Stanley Coveleski <br /> Regional Stadium. <br /> A shortage occured in Account # 01 .0429 and Account # 01 .0255 due to <br /> the need to purchase kitchen equipment and supplies at the Erskine <br /> Park Clubhouse and supplies and equipment at the Zoo. <br /> A surplus in the General Park Fund resulted from savings in the 1984 <br /> Park Maintenance budget and higher than estimated revenues for 1984 <br /> which left the Park Department a cash balance to start with in 1985. <br /> Your approval of this ordinance is needed for the proper and efficient <br /> operation of the Department of Public Parks. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC PARKS <br /> f <br /> /James R S itz <br /> / <br /> ( /Superintendent <br /> � JRS:mm <br />
