Holstein <br /> Trust was legally advertised August 9 and August 10, 1985. The Area Plan <br /> Commission gave it a public hearing on August 20, 1985, at which time the <br /> following action was taken: <br /> Upon a motion by Joseph Serge, being seconded by Chuck <br /> Sausman and unanimously carried, the proposed ordinance <br /> and site development plan of the Carl A. Holstein Trust <br /> to zone from "A" Residential, "A" Height and Area to <br /> "B" Residential, "A" Height and Area, property located <br /> at 913 S.
