Section IV. Chapter 2 of the South Bend Municipal <br /> Code shall be amended to add an additional subsection to <br /> Article 13 which shall read as follows: <br /> The area commonly known as 328 North Michigan Street, <br /> more particularly described as follows: <br /> Lot Numbered One Hundred Thirteen (113) , as shown on <br /> the recorded Original Plat of the Town, now City of <br /> South Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana, excepting <br /> therefrom a tract of land One (1) inch in width, North <br /> and South, taken off of and from the entire length of <br /> the South side thereof. <br /> Also, Lot Numbered One Hundred Fourteen (114) , and a <br /> lot or parcel of land Ten (10) feet in width, North <br /> and South, taken off of and from the entire length of <br /> the South side of Lot Numbered One Hundred Fifteen <br /> (115) , as shown on the recorded Original Plat of the <br /> Town, now City of South Bend, in St. Joseph County, <br /> Indiana. <br /> Section V. The Council further ordains under I.C. <br /> 36-7-12-2 that: <br /> (a) the proposed facility will not have an <br /> adverse competitive impact on other facilities of the <br /> same or similar kind already operating in the same <br /> market area; and <br /> (b) the proposed facility will contribute <br /> significantly to the creation of permanent new job <br /> opportunities to the City. <br /> Section VI.
