If approved the <br /> abatement would be an exception to policy as office buildings are not targeted for abatement in that location. <br /> The estimated cost of the new building is$850,000.At the time the company filed their initial petition they did <br /> not have information about their contractors which is needed to set the term of their abatement.They supplied <br /> that information on February 20, 2013, and they qualify for a three year abatement. Attached is the point <br /> schedule.Attached also are the answers to questions 24 and 25 of the petition which were originally left blank. <br /> Total taxes to be paid during a three year term are estimated at$32,325.
