• <br /> BILL NO. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 7 S"a-b�� <br /> AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $889,723 AMONG VARIOUS <br /> ACCOUNTS, ALL ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE DIVISION OF <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> On or about November 27, 1985, the City of South Bend through the <br /> Division of Community Development will submit its 1986 Application to <br /> the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Part of the 1986 <br /> Application includes the anticipated reprogramming of funds from <br /> previous years of Community Development Block Grant Funding. The <br /> activities from program years 1984 and 1985 have been completed or <br /> will have funding reprogrammed to the current program year in order to <br /> efficiently utilize the funds. The Plan for projected funding levels <br /> of program year 1986 activities makes it necessary to transfer funds <br /> amoung various accounts. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br /> of South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br /> SECTION I .
