ORDINANCE NO. 7s 6 4 - giS- <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $120, 000 <br /> FROM THE MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND TO COVER <br /> UNANTICIPATED COSTS FOR TOWING AND SNOW <br /> REMOVAL DURING THE SNOWSTORM IN 1985. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Indiana incurred extraordinary <br /> expenses for snow removal and towing fees during the 1985 snow storm. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br /> of South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br /> SECTION I. That the sum of $120 , 000 is hereby appropriated <br /> for the year 1985 from the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund of the City of South <br /> Bend as described below: <br /> 399 . 0 Other Contractuals $120 , 000. 00 <br /> SECTION II.
