§ 1.1.3 The Owner's budget for the Guaranteed Maximum Price, as defined in Article 6: <br />(Provide total and, if known, a line item breakdown) <br />Not to exceed Forty Million Dollars ($40,000,000) Guaranteed Maximum Price budget <br />§ 1.1.4 The Owner's anticipated design and construction milestone dates: <br />.1 Design phase milestone dates, if any: <br />Unknown at the time of execution of this agreement. The Owner, Architect, and Construction Manager <br />will work together to define a mutually agreeable project schedule, including design activities. <br />.2 Construction commencement date: <br />September 1, 2024, subject to change per the mutually agreeable project schedule noted above. <br />.3 Substantial Completion date or dates: <br />April 1, 2026, subject to change per the mutually agreeable project schedule noted above. <br />.4 Other milestone dates: <br />Unknown at the time of execution of this agreement. <br />§ 1.1.5 The Owner's requirements for accelerated or fast -track scheduling, or phased construction, are set forth beIow <br />(identify any requirements far fast -track scheduling or phased construction) <br />Primary construction activities should take place in the South Bend Cubs off-season, which is primarily September Is' <br />until April V of the following year. Construction may occur during the baseball season if the facility can be used to safely <br />host games with attendees. <br />§ 1.1.6 The Owner's anticipated Sustainable Objective for the Project: <br />(Identify and describe the Owner's Sustainable Objective for the Project, if any.) <br />No specific sustainably objectives have been identified at the time of execution of this agreement. The Owner anticipates <br />developing mutually agreeable and reasonably achievable sustainability goals in consultation with the Architect and <br />Construction Manager. <br />§ 1.1.6.1 If the Owner identifies a Sustainable Objective, the Owner and Construction Manager shall complete and <br />incorporate AIA Document E234T14-2019, Sustainable Projects Exhibit, Construction Manager as Constructor Edition, <br />into this Agreement to define the terms, conditions and services related to the Owner's Sustainable Objective. If <br />E234-2019 is incorporated into this agreement, the Owner and Construction Manager shall incorporate the completed <br />E234-2019 into the agreements with the consultants and contractors performing services or Work in any way associated <br />with the Sustainable Objective. <br />§ 1.1.7 Other Project information: <br />(Identify special characteristics or needs of the Project not provided elsewhere) <br />The Owner desires, but does not require, the second deck portion of the project to be completed during the first off-season <br />of the construction of the project and have that portion of the project ready, but not necessarily complete, for the first <br />baseball game of the next season. <br />§ 1.1.8 The Owner identifies the following representative in accordance with Section 4.2: <br />(List name, address, and other contact information.) <br />Patrick Sherman, PMP, DASM <br />City of South Bend Department of Public Works <br />Init.
