, <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 7,s 1 q_ i 1-'' <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $24, 200 <br /> FROM THE SOLID WASTE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE <br /> FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING UNANTICIPATED <br /> COSTS IN 1985. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br /> Indiana recognizes the need for an additional appropriation for <br /> unanticipated expenditures within the Solid Waste Operation and <br /> Maintenance Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br /> City of South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br /> SECTION I. The sum of $24, 200 is hereby appropriated <br /> to the Solid Waste Operation and Maintenance Fund as set forth below: <br /> 398 . 4 Landfill $23, 850 <br /> 399 . 0 Other Contractuals 350 <br /> TOTAL $24, 200 <br /> SECTION II.
