The scopes of work include painting and siding work, roof repairs, and <br />window/door replacement at two separate properties: 542 N. Scott St., and 430 Cottage Grove Ave. The <br />work is funded by the Redevelopment Commission. <br />Quotes were solicited from TRCC LLC, a South Bend -based minority -owned business (non -certified); Stahl <br />Painting Company, a Mishawaka -based minority -owned business (non -certified), and Spotlight <br />Renovations, a small contractor based out of Elkhart. <br />A summary of the quotes received is as follows: <br />123-062A: <br />123-062B: 542 <br />123-062C: 542 <br />123-062D: 430 <br />123-062E: 430 <br />542 N.
