ORDINANCE NO. 7 s b 3-gs- <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $254, 000 <br /> FROM THE WATER WORKS DEPRECIATION FUND FOR <br /> UNANTICIPATED CAPITAL EXPENDITURES IN 1985 . <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend <br /> recognizes that certain capital expenditures are necessary within the <br /> Water Works Department. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br /> City of South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br /> SECTION I. The sum of $254, 000 is hereby appropriated <br /> from the Water Works Depreciation Fund as set forth below: <br /> 416. 0 Bldg. & Structure Improvement $22, 000 <br /> 428 . 0 Office Equipment 11, 000 <br /> 429. 00 Other Equipment 30, 000 <br /> 435. 0 Plant & Equip.-Meters 50, 000 <br /> 436. 0 Gen. Funds - Water Mains 141, 000 <br /> Total $254, 000 <br /> SECTION II.
