ORDINANCE NO. 74-6 /-/6-- <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $14,600 FROM THE <br /> FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL <br /> REVENUE SHARING FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING EXPENSES <br /> ASSOCIATED WITH THE REPAIR OF THE MORRIS CIVIC THEATRE. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> WHEREAS, the Common Council recognizes that repairs to the Morris <br /> Civic Theatre are necessary for continued operations; and <br /> WHEREAS, a matching appropriation from the Hotel/Motel Tax Board will <br /> help defray the expenses. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I. The sum of $14,500 is hereby appropriated from the <br /> General Revenue Sharing Fund for the repair of the Morris Civic Theatre. <br /> This appropriation is to be administered by the Department of <br /> Administration and Finance as set forth below: <br /> Program FA 251 <br /> Morris Civic Theatre Repair <br /> 360. 0 Building Structure Repair $14,600 <br /> SECTION II.
