• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 74;f;O_S'.V <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $489, 046 <br /> FROM THE SEWAGE WORKS GENERAL OPERATION AND <br /> MAINTENANCE FUND TO ACCOUNT 394 . 4 WITHIN THE <br /> BUREAU OF WASTE WATER BUDGET. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> WHEREAS, the City of South Bend has determined that no <br /> encumbrance or payment of cash in lieu of taxes was made by the Sewage <br /> Works Operating and Maintenance Fund to the City of South Bend for 1984; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br /> City of South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br /> SECTION I. The sum of $489,046. 00 is hereby <br /> appropriated for the year 1985 from the Sewage Works Operating and <br /> Maintenance Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana as described below: <br /> 394 . 4 Cash in lieu of taxes $489, 046. 00 <br /> SECTION II.
