Cira, Jr., was legally advertised October 4 <br /> and October 5, 1985. The Area Plan Commission gave it a public hearing on <br /> October 15, 1985, at which time the following action was taken: <br /> Upon a motion by Joseph Serge, being seconded by Evelyn <br /> Clark and unanimously carried, the proposed ordinance <br /> and site development plan of Robert J. and Mary Ann <br /> Cira and Rose T. and Joseph A. Cira, Jr., to zone from <br /> "C" Commercial, "A" Height and Area, "C-1" Commercial, <br /> "A" Height and Area, "C" Commercial, "E" Height and <br /> Area, "B" Residential, "A" Height and Area and "A" <br /> Residential, "A" Height and Area to "C" Commercial, "E" <br /> Height and Area, property located at 2904 South <br /> Michigan Street, City of South Bend is sent to the <br /> Common Council with a favorable recommendation subject <br /> to a Final Site Development Plan <br /> PLEASE NOTE that the Ordinance has been amended by the petitioner to include a <br /> legal description different than that used for the Common Council's first <br /> reading.
