ORDINANCE NO. 7s-Rs--Ac" <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED AT 920WILBUR AVENUE <br /> IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br /> Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I. Ordinance No 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance <br /> is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South <br /> Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that <br /> the zoning classification of the following described real <br /> estate in the City of South Bend, St. JosephCounty, State of <br /> Indiana: <br /> A parcel of land being a part of the Southwest Quarter of the <br /> Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 37 North, Range 2 <br /> East, City of South Bend, Portage Township, St. Joseph County <br /> Indiana and being more particularly described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the intersection of the South right-of-way <br /> line of Vassar Avenue with the East right-of-way line of <br /> Wilbur Street a distance of 452.25 feet to the place of beginning <br /> for this description thence North 89°59 ' -00" East a distance <br /> of 287.80 feet to the Northwesterly right-of-way line of the <br /> Consolidated Railway Company; thence South 34°-24 ' -00" West, <br /> along said Northwesterly right-of-way line, a distance of <br /> 460.88 feet; thence North 89°-04 ' -00" West, a distance of <br /> 27.42 feet to said East right-of-way line of Wilbur Street; <br /> thence North, along said East right-of-way line, a distance <br /> of 379.75 feet to the place of beginning containing 59. 917 <br /> square feet more or less. <br /> be and the same is hereby established as B RESIDENTIAL, A <br /> HEIGHT AND AREA DISTRICT. <br /> SECTION II.
