for the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($600,000.00) and <br />pursuant to the terms set forth above, shall be, and hereby is, <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. That the approval of the transfer of title to the <br />Improvements from the Authority to the City is conditioned upon the <br />adoption of a resolution substantially similar in its terms to the <br />terms of this resolution. by the City of South Bend, Board of Public <br />Works. <br />3. That the President and Secretary of the Authority are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute a quitclaim deed and/or <br />such other documents evidencing the- transfer of title to the <br />Improvements by the Authority to the City upon the receipt by the <br />Authority .from the City of the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($600, 000.00) . <br />4.
