Pictures will be supplied to customer. Should framing repairs be required in excess of $500.00, a price to repair <br />will be presented for approval by homeowner before work proceeds. Pictures will be provided if framing repairs are performed. <br />2.Skylights not replaced with a roof replacement will be excluded from warranty leak claims. <br />3.Colors, sizes and style on repairs may not match due to several factors including but not limited to product manufacturing changes, sun fade, <br />weathering, age, design changes etc. <br />4.Satellite Dishes will need to be recalibrated after reinstallation.
