ORDINANCE NO , 75 -Ss� <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINACE FOR <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF <br /> PROGRESS DRIVE AND KNOBLOCK STREET, IN THE CITY <br /> OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br /> Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I. Ordinance No , 4990-68 , as amended, which <br /> Ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the <br /> City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended <br /> in order that the zoning classification of the following- <br /> described real estate in the City ofSouth Bend, St . Joseph <br /> County, State of Indiana : <br /> Lots Numbered 25, 26 and 27 of Post Place <br /> Subdivision, South Bend, Indiana, and a portion <br /> of Maplewood Street, beginning at South Right- <br /> of-Way Line of Progress Drive and East Right- <br /> of-Way Line of Maplewood Street ; South 345 feet <br /> to the S .W, corner of Lot 27 in Post Place Add. <br /> thence West 50 feet ; thence North 345 feet ; thence <br /> East 50 feet to the place of beginning, <br /> be and the same is hereby established as D-Light Industrial, <br /> "F" , Height & Area. <br /> SECTION II .
