ORDINANCE NO. 76 Q- ? co <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $850 ,000 .00 FROM THE FEDERAL <br /> ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS THE GENERAL <br /> REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND FOR THE 1986 ALLEY AND PAVING <br /> PROGRAM. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> Funds are needed for the 1986 Alley and Paving Programs and <br /> for Contractural Services for project expenditures for miscellaneous street <br /> repairs primarily on Bendix Drive. Monies are available within the General <br /> Revenue Sharing fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SOUTH BEND AS FOLLOWS : <br /> SECTION I . That the sum of $850 ,000 .00 is hereby appropriated <br /> for the year 1986 from the Federal Assistance Grant commonly referred to <br /> as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.
