ORDINANCE NO. 7 lots"- g(. <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> $115 , 000. 00 FROM THE GENERAL PARK FUND TO THE PARK <br /> MAINTENANCE FUND. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In that certain unforeseen conditions have developed <br /> since the adoption of the existing operating budget and an <br /> extraordinary emergency exists, it is now necessary to appropriate <br /> monies to meet these conditions. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE South Bend Common <br /> Council as follows: <br /> SECTION I . That the sum of $115,000 is hereby appropriated <br /> for the year 1986 from the Park Maintenance Fund as set forth below: <br /> Increase the following accounts: <br /> Park Maintenance Fund <br /> 01 . 0399 Other Contractual $115 ,000. 00 <br /> Total $115 ,000 . 00 <br /> SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br /> after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor, legal <br /> publication and approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners. <br /> Merrier of the Co Or Council <br />
