ORDINANCE NO. 1(, 1(1-Ret, <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $130 , 000 FROM THE COVELESKI <br /> REGIONAL STADIUM FUND TO ACCOUNT 399. 0 CONTRACTUAL <br /> SERVICES IN SAID FUND TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE <br /> DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE OF THE CITY <br /> OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> Funds are needed to meet development expenses including <br /> engineering, architectural, legal, appraisal fees and acquisition <br /> costs for the Stanley Coveleski Baseball Stadium Project. <br /> Funds are available within the Coveleski Regional Stadium <br /> Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE Common Council of the <br /> City of South Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I . That the sum of $130 ,000 is hereby appropriated <br /> for the year 1986 from the Coveleski Regional Stadium appropriation <br /> to be administered by the Department of Administration and Finance <br /> and will be distributed as set forth below: <br /> 399 .0 Other Contractuals $130 ,000 <br /> SECTION II.
