i• <br />Notwithstanding the Bond Resolution, if a BAN is issued, that <br />portion of the proceeds of the Bonds required to be used for the <br />Project shall be used to refund the BAN and are hereby pledged for <br />such purpose. The President, Vice-President and Secretary- <br />Treasurer may take such actions or deliver such certificates as are <br />necessary or desirable in connection with the issuance of the BAN <br />as they deem necessary or desireable in connection therewith, <br />including, but not limited to obtaining a legal opinion as to the <br />validity of the BAN from Baker & Daniels. <br />Section 4.
