WHEREAS, the Commission in said Resolution No. 1199 <br />ratified and approved action taken by the Secretary of the <br />Commission to file with the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend (the "Common Council") an approving ordinance which was <br />adopted by the Common Council following a public hearing on <br />November 29, 1993; and <br />WHEREAS, the COmm1SSlOri 1n saia tcesvl.u~.~.via ..~• liJJ <br />further authorized and directed the President, Vice President and <br />Secretary of the Commission to file a petition for approval of <br />execution of the Lease with the State Board of Tax Commissioners <br />pursuant to IC 6-1.1-18.5-8; .and <br />WHEREAS, the State Board of Tax Commissioners issued its <br />order approving the lease pursuant to IC 6-1.1-18.5-8; and <br />WHEREAS, the Authority desires to authorize the President <br />and Secretary-Treasurer of the Authority to execute and attest, <br />respectively, the Lease; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Authority hereby authorizes the President and <br />Secretary of the Authority to execute and attest, respectively, the <br />Lease and also to file the Lease with the Commission. <br />2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect <br />after its adoption by the Authority. <br />• <br />_2_ <br />
