']4 40-n <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT <br /> OF $83 ,500.00 FROM THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES <br /> CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> Funds are needed for payment of the Peter Pirsch Quint lease <br /> payment, for an ambulance cab and chassis, for supplies needed to <br /> change over the ambulance module and for various contractual items. <br /> Monies are available within the Emergency Medical Services Capital <br /> Improvement Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I. That the sum of $83 ,500.00 is hereby <br /> appropriated for the year 1986 from the Emergency Medical Services <br /> Capital Improvement Fund as set forth below: <br /> ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br /> 261.0 Other Supplies $2,000.00 <br /> 399.0 Other Contractuals 65 ,500.00 <br /> 427. 0 Motor Equipment 16,000. 00 <br /> Total $83 ,500.00 <br /> SECTION II.
