The monies will be used to fund. <br /> the Neighborhood Code Enforcement 1986 Summer Clean-up Program. As <br /> you are aware, this has been an ongoing project which enables the <br /> City of South Bend to clean-up and maintain either publicly owned <br /> vacant lots or properties owned by citizens who will not clean them <br /> up themselves. <br /> The request is reduced substantially for 1986 due to being <br /> able to use the equipment purchased last year. <br /> If you have any questions concerning this appropriation, <br /> please feel free to contact myself or Kathy Barnard, Director <br /> Neighborhood Code Enforcement. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Michael L.
