ORDINANCE NO. 7 (,a,_ G <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $34, 186 .00 FROM THE FEDERAL <br /> ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS THE GENERAL <br /> REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND FOR PARKING GARAGE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> Funds are needed to paint the Parking Garages . Monies are <br /> available within the General Revenue Sharing Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I . That the sum of $34,186 .00 is hereby appropriated <br /> for the year 1986 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund commonly referred <br /> to as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. This appropriation is to be <br /> administered by the Department of Administration & Finance as set forth <br /> below: <br /> PROGRAM FA 255 <br /> PARKING GARAGE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br /> 399.0 Contractuals $34 ,186.00 <br /> SECTION II .
