Pfeifer public high schools and six (6) private high schools. The Youth Advisory Council <br />Second District would provide new opportunities for the youth of our city to be positively involved. <br /> Some of these activities would be aimed at enhancing citizenship skills through <br />Roland Kelly interaction with city governmental officials and its many boards and agencies. It <br />Third District would also provide a vehicle to establish communication between high school <br /> students in all of the learning centers of our community. <br />Karl King <br />Fourth District The Youth Advisory Council (YAC) is proposed to have not less than nineteen (19) <br /> members. YAC would meet on a monthly basis and work closely with college age <br />David Varner mentors and liaisons who represent the Mayor's Office, the Common Council, the <br />Fifth District South Bend Community School Corporation and each of the private high schools. <br />Ervin Kuspa We have had t<vo (2) preliminary meetings with Administrative representatives of <br />Sixth District the high schools, the Mayor's Office, and the City Clerk's Office.
