'7 (o a S -g o <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $300, 000. 00 FROM <br /> THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT <br /> R&S 8602 PAVING MATERIALS. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In order to meet existing and proposed traffic demands and <br /> to provide for safe and efficient movement of vehicles, certain <br /> improvements are necessary. The improvements include paving <br /> materials and other street repairs on various streets within the <br /> City of South Bend. <br /> Funds are now needed to pay for the cost of materials <br /> These funds are available from the Local Road and Street Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br /> Section I: The following sum of money is hereby ordered <br /> set apart from the Local Road and Street Fund for the project in <br /> in the amount set forth below: <br /> PROJECT NO.
