The Taxable 1993 Bonds aze being offered for delivery when, as and if issued and received by the Underwriter and subject to the approval of legality by Baker & Daniels, South Bend, Indiana, Bond Counsel. The Taxable 1993 Bonds aze expected to be available for delivery in Indianapolis, Indiana on July 27, 1993.
