Z 0(c, <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $84,940. 00 FROM THE <br /> WATER WORKS DEPRECIATION FUND TO ACCOUNT NUMBER <br /> 399. 0 WITHIN THAT FUND <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> The purpose of this Ordinance is to appropriate funds for <br /> the installation of certain systems at the North Pumping Station of <br /> the South Bend Water Utility. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS : <br /> SECTION I. The sum of $84,940.00 is hereby appropriated <br /> from the Water Works Depreciation Fund and shall be set apart within <br /> Account Number 399. 0 of such fund for the purpose of financing the <br /> installation of certain control systems at the North Pumping Station <br /> of the South Bend Water Utility. <br /> SECTION II.
