• <br /> - Community Investment Committee Meeting <br /> 2013 South Bend Common Council <br /> The February 18, 2013 meeting of the Community Investment Committee was called to <br /> order by its Chairperson, Council Member Gavin Ferlic, at 5:52 p.m. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Scott, Henry Davis, Jr., Schey, Dr. Fred <br /> Ferlic, Oliver J. Davis, Dieter, Gavin Ferlic, and Karen L. White; Pong Yin (Amy Le) Le, <br /> and Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Council Member Ferlic noted that the Committee Members include Council Member <br /> Henry Davis, Jr., who is the Vice-Chairperson, Council Member Valerie Schey, Dr. Fred <br /> Ferlic, and himself as Chairperson. A quorum was present. <br /> Council Member Ferlic noted that the purpose of the meeting was to interview applicant <br /> who is interested in being appointed to the Urban Enterprise Association (UEA).
