PARC Committee <br /> 2 013 South Bend Common Council <br /> The February 19, 2013 meeting of the PARC Committee of the South Bend Common <br /> Council was called to order by its Vice-Chairperson, Council Member Dr. Fred Ferlic at <br /> 5:30 p.m. in the Council's Informal Meeting Room. <br /> Council Members on the PARC Committee include Chairperson Henry Davis, J., Vice- <br /> Chairperson Dr. Fred Ferlic, Gavin Ferlic and Tim Scott. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Scott, Gavin Ferlic, Henry Davis, Jr., <br /> Dr. Fred Ferlic, and Council President Derek D. Dieter; candidates to be interviewed: <br /> Dennis Andres, Jr., Thomas Cuggino, Gregory Downes, Ralph Lampkin, Jr., Pong Yin <br /> (Amy Le) Le, Michael Neises, Andrew Nemeth, Council Member Valerie Schey, Jack <br /> Smith, Richard Stifel, and Council Member Dr. David Varner; and Kathleen Cekanski- <br /> Farrand, Council Attorney. <br /> Dr. Ferlic noted that the purpose of the meeting was to interview eleven (11) individuals <br /> who had submitted their applications for consideration to be appointed to the Century <br /> Center Board of Managers. Each candidate was called alphabetically and interviewed <br /> separately.
