ORDINANCE N0. l ~ ~ t J O~ INDIANA: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF TUXEDO DRIVE AND EAST JEFFERSON BOULEVARD, CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED By the Common Council of the City of South Bend, SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: Parcel I: Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 as shown on the recorded Plat of Tuxedo Park First Addition to the City of South Bend, Portage Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana, together with the strip of land 35 feet in width, more or less, running along the entire East side of said Lot 8 from the North line of Jefferson Boulevard, North to the South line of Marshall Street, being the same and identical strip of land which was formerly known as 26`h Street and which was heretofore vacated as a public street by action of the Board of Public Works and Safety under Vacation Resolution No: 2824, St. Joseph County, Indiana; and Parcel II: Lots 21, 22, and 23 as shown on the recorded Plat of Swanson Park, Second Addition, City of South Bend, Portage Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana, as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page S in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana. be and the same is hereby established as "PHC" Profession/Health Care District. SECTION II.
