BILL NO. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. `7 l,, g -( (0 <br /> AN ORDINANCE VACATING FUND 91 AND TRANSFERRING THE <br /> MONIES THEREIN TO YOUTH SERVICES BUREAU OF ST. <br /> JOSEPH COUNTY, INC . <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> The Youth Service Bureau which was formerly a part of the <br /> City of South Bend has become a separate not-for-profit organization. <br /> The City of South Bend wishes to transfer to the newly created Youth <br /> Service Bureau of St. Joseph County, Inc . , those grant funds re- <br /> ceived by the Youth Service Bureau and fees earned through the Run- <br /> away Shelter during the time the agency was a City of South Bend en- <br /> tity. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I. That the $66,505. 63 remaining within Fund 91 be <br /> transferred to the Youth Service Bureau of St. Joseph County, Inc . <br /> SECTION II.
