PR-00027808 <br />DATE: 10/05/2023 <br />On September 26th, 2023, the Board of Public Works opened and read 4 quotes for the above <br />project. The quotes were as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />Company Totals <br />Dynamic Mechanical Services $81,438.00 <br />Edward J White, Inc $80,718.00 <br />Herrman & Goetz, Inc $87,844.00 <br />DA Dodd LLC $69,700.00 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DA Dodd, LLC was the lowest quote, but they did not include the required notarized affidavit. <br />We have since received the affidavit and it was determined that the lack of affidavit did not <br />prejudice or otherwise give anyone a competitive advantage. The Department of Public Works <br />recommends awarding the Quote to DA Dodd LLC for a total contract of $69,700.00.
