Furthermore, the Secretary of the Authority is authorized and directed to publish notice of the execution and delivery of the Contract as provided for by Indiana Code 36-7-14.5-24, in the Tri-County News and the South Bend Tribune on July 9, 1993, in the form as presented to this meeting of the Authority. Section 2. The Addendum attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby approved and the President or Vice-President and the Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized to execute said Addendum. The Lease shall be amended to be effective as of the date when the Authority deposits or causes to be deposited proceeds derived from the sale of the Bonds into an escrow fund to be established by that • certain Irrevocable Escrow Deposit Agreement between the Authority and Society National Bank, Indiana, such Agreement to be dated as of July 1, 1993, to reduce the annual rental payments payable in the semi-annual installments to the amounts contained in the Addendum. Section 3. The Authority hereby authorizes and directs the President of the Authority to execute and deliver the Notice of Redemption to the Trustee on July 15, 1993. • -3-
