JOSEPH COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY APPROVING AND ACCEPTING TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY FROM THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Authority (hereinafter the "Redevelopment Authority"), a governmental entity, is the owner of a parcel of real property, situated in.
