WHEREAS, the .Redevelopment Authority is desirous of <br />transferring title to the Real Property to the St. Joseph County <br />Airport Authority (hereinafter the "Airport Authority"); and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to I.C. 8-22-3-10, the Airport Authority <br />is authorized to acquire and dispose of real property for use or <br />in connection with or for administrative purposes of the airport; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, I.C. 36-1-11-8 provides for the transfer of real <br />property between governmental entities by adoption of <br />substantially equivalent resolutions; and <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 33, adopted March 8, 1991, the <br />Redevelopment Authority has elected to abide by the provisions of <br />I.C. 36-1-11-8 with respect to the transfer by or to it of Real <br />Property to or from another governmental entity; and <br />WHEREAS, the Airport Authority has or will adopt a <br />resolution substantially identical to this Resolution to <br />effectuate the transfer of the .Real Property from the <br />Redevelopment Authority to the Airport Authority. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY-.THE SOUTH BEND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) <br />and other good and valuable consideration, the transfer by the <br />Redevelopment Authority to the Airport Authority of the following <br />described property, situated in St. Joseph County: <br />A part of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of <br />Section 20, the South Half (S 1/2) of Section <br />21, and the North Half (1/2) of Section 28, <br />Township 38 North, Range 2 East, German <br />Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of the <br />Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 20; <br />thence North 00°19'53" West, along the West <br />line of said quarter section, 2135.OQ feet; <br />thence North 89°40'07" East 78.5.0 feet to the <br />True Point of Beginning of this description; <br />thence North 00°.19'53" West 40.00 feet; <br />thence North 89°40'07"East 1185.91 feet to <br />the point of curvature of a tangent curve to <br />the right having a radius of 840.00 feet, and <br />a central angle of 42°38'07" thence <br />southerly and easterly along said curve <br />625.07 feet; thence South 47°41'46" East. <br />• 2240.92 feet to the point of curvature. of a <br />tangent curve to the left having a radius of <br />1554.00 feet, and a central angle of <br />42°55'57"; thence southerly and easterly <br />along said curve 1164.43-feet; thence North <br />89°22'17" East parallel to the South Line of <br />the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 21, <br />718.89 feet; thence North 89°2.1'06" East <br />parallel t~ the South-Line of the Southeast <br />Quarter (SE 1/4) of ..Section 21, 330.13 feet; <br />thence South 00°38'54" East 80.00 feet; <br />thence South 89°21'06" West 330.13 feet; <br />thence South 89°22'17" West 718.8.9 feet to <br />the point of curvature of a tangent curve to <br />the right having a radius of 1634.00 feet, <br />.and a central angle of 42°55'57"; thence <br />northerly and westerly along said curve <br />1224.3.8 feet; thence North 47°41'46" West <br />2240..92 feet to the point of curvature of a <br />tangent curve to the left having a radius of <br />760.00 feet, and a central angle of <br />
