Complete grading and. drainage plans <br />showing all relevant elevations of drainage <br />and retention areas, flow points and storm <br />detention, and provisions for erosion <br />control; <br />d. Proposed construction schedule covering <br />each phase of construction on the Site; <br />e. Description of proposed operations and/or <br />uses, including number of employees <br />expected and proposed for the future; <br />f. Characteristics of the intended use of the <br />Site with emphasis on measures taken to <br />mitigate any adverse effects caused by <br />the development; <br />g. Anticipated water and sewer demands, <br />with supporting data; <br />h. Complete landscaping plan showing type, <br />species, variety, location and size (at <br />installation) of all plantings including trees, <br />shrubs, turf (seed or sod), irrigation plans <br />and natural conservation areas; <br />i. Sign and/or Signage plans showing size, <br />height, design, color, materials, location, <br />construction and lighting with respect to <br />each intended Sign; <br />j. Site Furniture specirfications showing size, <br />height, design, color, materials, location, <br />and construction with respect to .each <br />piece of Site Furniture; <br />k. Architect's total estimated cost of <br />construction of the proposed <br />improvements; <br />I.
