Agreement for Installation of the Vinyl Wrapping for 5 Signal Boxes <br />in River Park, South Bend Indiana <br /> This Agreement, entered into this / / , by the River Park Neighborhood Association <br />(hereinafter called the Contractor) and the City of South Bend Public Works (hereinafter called the <br />Owner). <br />Witnesseth that the Contractor and the Owner, in consideration of the premises and of the mutual <br />covenants, considerations and agreements herein contained, agree as follows: <br />Statement of Work: The Contractor, has a signed agreement with US Signcrafters to purchase and <br />install 5 digitally printed graphic wraps for 5 electrical boxes to be installed onsite at each box. US <br />Signcrafters will clean and prepare the signal boxes properly before applying the vinyl wrap. Each box <br />should take 1-2 days to complete the application. The street and sidewalk do not need to be closed. <br />Maintenance: The vinyl US Signcrafters will use, can hold up appropriately for the application. Life of <br />a sign is defined as 5 to 7 years. Every sign is a ‘durable’ product that will deteriorate over <br />time. Therefore, US Signcrafters offers the following warranty. US Signcrafters warrants the following <br />to the Contractor- All workmanship and materials are guaranteed for 1 year. <br />The wrap can be cleaned by the contractor with soap & water. Avoid ammonia-based cleaners. <br />If a wrap has to get removed due to damage, graffiti, etc - The wrap would need to be removed and <br />the cost to repair depends on the amount of the wrap that is damaged and the section of graphic that <br />needs to be reprinted. The Contractor will pay US Signcrafters to reprint and reinstall a damaged <br />wrap. <br />Once the wrap is removed for good, the wrap will not leave any damage to the paint. The <br />contractor will keep funds set aside if the box needs to be repainted. <br />*Funds are limited for replacing damaged wraps and if needed the damaged wraps will be <br />permanently removed by the Contractor. <br />Breach of Contract: If at any point in time the Owner feels the Contractor is not properly <br />maintaining the vinyl wrapped signal boxes, the Owner holds the right to notify the Co ntractor with <br />a Warning, The Warning will give the Contractor two weeks to correct the issues. If the <br />Contractor does not follow through with the request or come to a mutual agreement with the <br />Owner, the Owner reserves the right to remove the vinyl wrap in question and return the signal <br />box to its original status. <br />In witness whereof, the undersigned competent representatives do hereby enter into this <br />agreement for the vinyl wrapping of five signal boxes and maintenance of the said boxes, in River <br />Park, South Bend Indiana, as of the date listed above. <br />Submitted by Cheryl Walsh, RPNA President 6/14/2023 <br />09 26 2023
