Version 04/21/2023 Page - 6 Public Works Quote <br />5.In the event that the Special Provisions and the Plans conflict, the Special Provisions shall <br />govern. <br />IV.M/WBE GOALS <br />A.Pursuant to City of South Bend Ordinance No. 10761-21, Minority and Women Business Enterprise <br />Inclusion Program Plan, if Total Quote Amount is greater than $50,000 the project will be subject to <br />the M/WBE goals. It has been determined by the City of South Bend Office of Diversity and Inclusion <br />that this project is not commercially reasonable to sub-divide and as such, will not have M/WBE goals. <br />The City does encourage M/WBE firms to quote the project.
